Booking a visit

Call (212) 593-1212, or send a message below and the office will come back to you to arrange a time.

What happens at a first visit

  1. 1

You explain what is going on

In your own words. What bothers you, how long it has, what has already been tried, and what you would like to be different.

  2. 2

    Examination and records

An examination of the teeth, gums and bite, with x-rays or a scan where they are needed to see what an examination cannot.

  3. 3

    A diagnosis, and the options

Including what happens if you do nothing, which is a legitimate option and is treated as one. Where more than one approach is reasonable, you are told the trade-offs rather than steered.

  4. 4

A written plan before anything begins

The sequence, the stages, the number of visits and the cost, set out in advance. Complex treatment designed as it goes is how people end up somewhere they did not agree to.

Bringing a second opinion

If you are here because treatment elsewhere has not worked out, bring whatever you have: previous x-rays, the treatment plan, the invoices. Working out why something failed is most of the job, and it is much faster with the history in front of us.

If you are anxious

Say so when you call. A first appointment can be arranged where nothing happens except talking, and for a lot of routine treatment the Solea laser removes the two things people actually dread, the drill and the injection.

Request an appointment

This is a request, not a confirmed booking. Someone from the office will contact you to arrange a time that works.
