Complete and partial dentures made to fit, function and look natural, including implant-supported options for patients who want stability.
Book an appointmentA denture replaces teeth that are no longer there, and it has to do three things at once: look right, function under load, and stay where it is put.
Complete dentures
Made for a jaw with no remaining teeth. Every element is a design decision, because there is no longer anything to copy: the height of the bite, the support given to the lips and cheeks, the arrangement of the teeth, how much shows when you speak and when you smile.
Partial dentures
For a jaw with some teeth remaining. Removable partials clip to the natural teeth; fixed alternatives exist and are worth discussing first, because a partial does put load on the teeth it holds onto.
Implant support, which is the honest recommendation
Denture stability is the complaint patients actually have, and implants are the answer to it. A small number of implants can retain a lower denture securely enough to change what somebody is willing to eat in public.
If you currently wear a lower denture and avoid eating in front of people, this is the conversation worth having.
